Return/Exchange

At Golootloo.pk , customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, so we have created a fair and simple Return & Exchange Policy. Please review the details below before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Clients can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

  • Certain items such as personalized, customized, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • If a client requests a refund, the product price will be refunded after deducting delivery charges.

  • Delivery/shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.

  • If the refund takes longer due to bank or payment gateway delays, we will provide confirmation from our end as proof of refund initiation.

Exchange Policy

  • Clients may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product for exchange must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

  • If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference before shipment.

  • If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded (excluding delivery charges).

  • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

Process to Initiate Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team via email, phone, or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Our team will share the return address and courier guidelines with you.

  4. Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected for eligibility.

  5. After approval, we will either initiate your refund or dispatch your exchange item.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance (unless damaged/defective).

  • Items that are not returned in their original packaging.

  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or negligence.

Important Notes

  • We recommend keeping the courier receipt and tracking number until your return/exchange process is completed.

  • In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
