Eligibility for Return & Exchange

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Certain items such as personalized, customized, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy

If a client requests a refund, the product price will be refunded after deducting delivery charges.

Delivery/shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.

If the refund takes longer due to bank or payment gateway delays, we will provide confirmation from our end as proof of refund initiation.
Exchange Policy

Clients may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product for exchange must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference before shipment.

If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded (excluding delivery charges).

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
Process to Initiate Return or Exchange

Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance (unless damaged/defective).

Items that are not returned in their original packaging.

Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
Important Notes

We recommend keeping the courier receipt and tracking number until your return/exchange process is completed.

In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
