How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and choose your preferred payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas. All transactions are processed safely through trusted payment gateways.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

How much are the shipping charges?

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How do refunds work?

If you request a refund, the product amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after inspection.

Can I exchange my product for something else?

Yes, exchanges are available within 7 days. If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the balance (excluding delivery charges).

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Yes. Customized/personalized items, hygiene-sensitive products, and sale/clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (unless defective).
